Orders ship from our US warehouse and are typically processed within 1–2 business days via USPS and UPS. Special requests may be accommodated at the customer's expense.

We no longer ship outside of the US. If you've already received an order from us in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the return terms below still apply to it.

Exchanges are not available on European and UK orders. You can return for store credit — no fee, plus a €10 bonus on top — or for a refund.

Returns go back to our New Jersey warehouse; your RMA confirmation will include the return address. We can't refund import VAT, duties or carrier fees you paid to your country — those must be reclaimed from your local customs authority, and we'll supply documentation on request.

EU Right of Withdrawal (EU member states) and UK cancellation rights: under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, and you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We'll refund the full product price plus the cost of our least expensive standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving your return, or your proof of shipment, whichever is earlier. Return shipping is at your expense; if we failed to tell you that clearly before purchase, we'll cover it. Within this window the $5 restocking fee does not apply, goods need not be in their original packaging, and "Final Sale" restrictions do not apply — those terms govern only discretionary returns made after the statutory period. The withdrawal right does not apply to items made to your custom specifications or personalised to your order.

Diminished value: you are free to handle and try on items as you would in a shop. We may deduct from your refund only where handling goes beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods — signs of wear, removed tags, or damage caused after receipt.

Faulty or incorrectly described items are covered by your statutory rights regardless of the time limits above, and we pay return shipping in those cases.
